Save a seat today.       Exclusive site visit       On the 27 September 2022 A limited number of participants will receive a unique opportunity to visit state of the art site KWA Kraftwerk Lohbrügge CHP plant. There is no extra charge to attend the site visit, but spaces are allocated on first register, first served basis. Book you space sooner to avoid disappointment. The Hamburg-Lohbrügge plant uses woody biomass an produces hot thermal oil to drive a organic rankine cycle (ORC) to produce electricity. The generator capacity amounts to close to 2 MWe and the thermal input of the combustion system is close to 10 MWth.
