After the great success of our Industry CCUS 2024 Conference that gathered over 100 attendees from over 20+ countries, we are thrilled to announce the upcoming edition. The conference will take place on 26-27 November 2025 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. |

The summit will take an in-depth look into industries: heavy, petrochemical, cement and more. Join us for a dynamic exploration of the latest developments in CCUS. In 2025, CCUS is rapidly advancing across Europe as a critical solution for decarbonizing energy-intensive industries. Supported by EU policy and national strategies, key countries like Norway, the Netherlands, and the UK are developing large-scale projects and cross-border infrastructure, particularly around North Sea storage. Industrial clusters are emerging as hubs for shared CO₂ capture and storage, signaling a shift toward commercialization despite ongoing challenges around cost, permitting, and public perception.. |

The day before the main event, on 25th November 2025, a limited number of conference participants will have a unique opportunity to visit AEB Amsterdam Waste-to-Energy plant. AEB generates energy from waste through six incineration lines, four at the Waste-to-Energy Plant, operating since 1993 with a combined capacity of 850,000 tonnes per year. The two newest lines at the High-Efficiency plant maximize energy and material output. From one tonne of waste, we produce 628 kWh of electricity and 208 kWh of heat, powering the grid and heating 30,000 homes in North Amsterdam. Register your attendance for the site visit list when booking for the event. There is no extra charge, the spaces are allocated on first come first served basis. |
